• Facilitating payments to expedite routine government actions.

4. Definitions

• Bribery: Offering or receiving anything of value to influence a business decision or gain an unfair advantage.
• Corruption: Abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
• Facilitation Payments: Small unofficial payments made to secure or expedite routine actions.

5. Gifts and Hospitality

Gifts and hospitality must:

• Be reasonable and proportionate.
• Not influence or appear to influence business decisions.
• Be recorded and approved as per internal guidelines.

6. Third Parties

Eauzo expects all third parties to comply with this policy. Due diligence must be conducted before engaging with any third party, and contracts must include anti-bribery clauses.

7. Reporting and Whistleblowing

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspected bribery or corruption via Eauzo’s confidential reporting channels. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.

8. Training and Awareness

Regular training will be provided to ensure understanding and compliance with this policy.

9. Compliance and Monitoring

Eauzo will monitor compliance through audits, reviews, and investigations. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination and legal proceedings.
